Ingredients: Grated coconut150 gms. Comelle 4 table spoons Milk Chocolate bar200 gms. |

Procedure:Mix grated coconut with Comelle to form a dough like consistency. Flatten and cut bars or square shapes. Put in freezer for 15-20 minutes. Melt chocolate in a pan over boiling water. When melted, keep aside to cool. When thickened, dip the frozen coconut cubes and place on butter paper and place in freezer for half hour. Then wrap in butter paper and store in fridge. |
