Fresh anwar ratol mangoes

This mango is said to have been cultivated by Anwar-ul-haq in a garden in the Ratol area in the state of Uttar Pradesh in India. It is a small mango and sweet as sin. Its flavor is the main reason for its popularity in recent times. It is extensively grown in the Punjab province of Pakistan. Nutritionally, mango provides energy, carbohydrates, dietary fibre, fat, protein, vitamin A, beta-carotene, thiamine, riboflavin, niacin, pantothenic acid, vitamin B6, folate, vitamin C, calcium, iron, magnesium, Phosphorous, potassium, and zinc in variable amounts.
